NüRoo ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via UPS (http://www.ups.com) from our warehouse in Spirit Lake, Iowa. We currently offer flat rate Ground Shipping on all orders, as well as Free Ground Shipping for orders over $49 (Contiguous U.S. only). You can also opt for upgraded shipping.
Please note: All orders with upgraded shipping must be placed before 11am EST in order to ship same day.
For international shipping requests, please reach out to email@example.com with your desired purchase and mailing address to receive an estimated shipping cost. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee transit times for international addresses.

PLEASE NOTE: NüRoo will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
Tracking Your Order
We ask for 1-2 days to process your order before we ship it out to you. Once it’s in route, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link. To track your order, enter the tracking number provided on the UPS website (http://www.ups.com)
Return and Exchange Policies
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction with one of your NüRoo products please be in touch as we can often offer a solution that will help! To make a return, reach out for an RMA Number (Return Manufacturers Authorization). Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Email email@example.com or call 800-843-4395.
We are happy to accept returns/exchanges for NüRoo items that were purchased from test.nuroobaby.com within 30 days of order and that are in like-new condition (un-worn, un-washed, with packaging/tags). Please include a copy of your order confirmation, your RMA number and new request if exchanging. NüRoo is not responsible for covering any shipping costs and cannot refund previous shipping charges. Returns will receive a refund for the purchase price, less shipping. We’ll email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.
Customers that purchased NüRoo products through any retail or e-commerce store outside of test.nuroobaby.com should direct their refund or exchange questions to where your product was purchased.
